Alan Dershowitz

Among the many things he has done to damage America's resolve, Mr. Dershowitz went to school to study (law) and wrote many books. For this he received a personal nailing on February 8, 2006.

However, Mr. Dershowitz has come out in favor of torture in "extreme circumstances". Specifically, he cites the "ticking-bomb" scenario. As you know, there are thousands of ticking-bombs hidden throughout America, and these can only be found by waterboarding various terrorists. However, Mr. Dershowitz insists that we get torture warrants before getting all Jack Bauer on their asses. As you know, anything you do to a prisoner is OK as long as you have a warrant. Saddam's crime was not that he tortured people, but that he did so as something besides a last resort and without filling out the proper paperwork.
