A college student whose preconceived notions about a subject he had no information on was challenged by an elitist Labcoat Larry know-it-all.
Barry voluntarily signed up for a class at a private university. The regular professor taught the science class using the regular textbook.

But, one day the professor didn't make it in for class and someone at the university provided a "substitute". This "substitute" required that the helpless students attend every single one of his lectures and labs.
It was during one of these labs that Barry was almost taught something he didn't want to know about. This pretender professor forced the entire class to sit through Al Gore's "An Inconvenient Truth".
It is not clear how many points Mr. Lucier received for having survived his ordeal.
