Blake Hallman was a fourth-grade classmate of Stephen's and a suspected leftist sympathizer.
In 1973, Stephen wrote a letter to General Augusto Pinochet of Chile, naming Blake as one of the communist agents posing as 9 year-olds at his school.
He disappeared shortly thereafter.
