C.O.W stands for Coalition of the Willing, the freedom loving nations allied with America in fighting the War on Terror.

Includes:

  • Palau - lynch pin of the Pacific.
  • Latvia - the troubled middle child of the Baltic, may move up past Mongolia's 121-strong horde to become the United States' 11th strongest ally.
  • Australia - America Junior. It's the only country to have ever successfully carried out genocide (Tasmania Aborigines); a worthy ally.
  • Armenia - 46 troops doing the work of 46 men.
  • Moldova - Just enough troops present to field a football team.
