Chapter 11 is a chapter in the volumed book of poverty. It's America's last chance to pull themselves up by their foreign made bootstraps and fly right. For Corporate America and Small Business alike, Chapter 11 is a gaping hole through which monies and services disappear, never to be retrieved. Thankfully, God's Own Party was able to improve "Bankruptcy" with reform and all is right with the world again.

It also a represents a way to get taxpayers to bail your broke ass out. For penny on the dollar, bankruptcy makes you wanna holla, "Why pay $10 when $1 will suffice and Uncle Sam will get the other $9." You just have to love and respect the great citizens that are multiple Chapter 11 readers.
