Chief Bear, also known as Chief Big Bear or simply Big Bear, is the architect and mastermind of much of the series of conflicts, known as the Indian Wars, between the American Settlers and the Red Indians. Designated as a "Hostile Indian Tribe", Chief Bear made the significant accomplishment of uniting various warring Indian tribes against the American government.

The exact date of Chief Bear's birth is unknown, but it is believed to be around the early 18th century. Legend has it that a baby was found by an Indian tribe around a forest full of bears and as a result the baby was named "Big Bear".

[edit] The Bear Spirit

Through some unholy Indian "Vision Ceremony", Big Bear was able to summon the Bear Spirit of Black Hills. The Bear Spirit grant Big Bear the cunning and wisdom of bears, the strength and agility of ten bears, the ability to telepathic ability to communicate with bears, as well as eternal youth. In exchange, the Bear Spirit told Big Bear that he is the chosen one who would lead an army against the settlers.

In his youth, Big Bear joined the ever escalating Indian Wars, fighting against the American settlers as well as the British, French, Portuguese, and Spanish colonist.

Big Bear became a chief in the same year that America is formed, after Big Bear defeated the old chief of his tribe and took his eagle feather. From then on, he is known as Chief Bear. His tribe was declared as a "Hostile Indian Tribe" soon after Chief Bear launched attacks on the newly formed America.

With his supernatural powers and eternal youth, Chief Bear was able to negotiate truce among various Indian tribes, who were warring among themselves for centuries. He then raided America and its settlers over several decades as America expanded westward.

After fighting with America more than a century, Chief Bear lost to the Heroes of America in the Little Bighorn Battlefield at the hands of George Armstrong Custer, who gave his life in the battle. Since then, Chief Bear has gone underground.
