Christopher Carney - is a congressman representing the 10th congressional district of Pennsylvania. He was elected in 2006 because the incumbent Republican candidate Don Sherwood made the mistake of throttling his mistress, who then sued and made a big kerfuffle about it. He is a Blue Dog Democrat.
