Colbert University is an online institution, founded in 2007, whose main purpose is to educate the masses on everything there is to know about Dr. Stephen T. Colbert, DFA. It is affiliated with the "lightly-facty" online publication known as NoFactZone.net

Originally conceived to counter the detrimental effect of East-coast-liberal intellectual-factories, Colbert University is poised to become the most essential source of higher learning. Tenure at CU is not gained by reading books or writing papers on non-American civilizations, but measured by the size and weight of your balls. A ball-measuring scale is kept on the Main Quad for your convenience - it is polite to wipe after each use.
