The Colbinista Intelligence Agency (CIA) is an agency devoted to spreading the word of Stephen Colbert. They collect Intelligence for many of the other Colbert Related agencies including but not limited to, the Blue Ribbon Committee, the Colbert National Guard, and the America For Colbert/ Truthinistas.
