The 4th stretches from the Allegheny Valley to the Ohio River and up to northern suburbs of Pittsburgh and over to the Ohio border.

Populated primarily by non-fightin' Amish communities which are isolated from TV, cars, and buttons, the Devil's Fastener.

The 4th is the home to New Wilmington, which was built on top of the ruins of Old Wilmington. During the Civil War, the Underground Railroad used the old rail lines buried beneath the city.

It was the goal of the Underground Railroad to free slaves from backbreaking work in the cotton fields for backbreaking work in the coal mines.

Stephen Colbert's favorite clothing company, American Eagle Outfitters, can be found in the 4th. It is the only place Stephen shops for Stephen Jr.'s back to school supplies.

The 4th is also abandoned steel country, which is no longer choked with pollution, or employment.
