(total control) (commercial or residential) They are now the convenient owners of that property. They observe bill pay and maintenance as if they were the sole owners of that property. The convenient owners can make snap judgments of conditions..(which are the responsibility of the real-life owners) all the while without fear of being abor foreclosed themselves.
