The Department of Offense is the place from which Donald Rumsfeld kicked so much ass. As he once famously said "The best defense is a taxpayer-funded offense."
The DOO's leader is the Secretary of Defense. It brings liberty and peace to non-Christian countries so they can find Jesus and celebrate Christmas.
