Fightin' is the official description of every Congressional district in the United States of America, with a few exceptions. Those congresspeoples who decline to appear represent "surrenderin'" districts.
If you don't agree with that, your local member of Congress will ask you if you wanna make something of it, and if you'd care to step outside.
