George Herbert Walker Bush was the 41st President of the United States of America. He is responsible for creating the second greatest man on earth. The man being responsible for creating the greatest - Stephen Colbert...who born fully-formed from the head of the Statue of Liberty in a blaze of glory, eagles, and American Flags.

Late in his term, he became an unofficial spokesman for Halcyon.

In late 2006, upon the death of Gerald Ford, Bush became the current holder of the Ronald Reagan Oldest Living President Award. Even if Jimmy Carter is older, it doesn't matter, because no award bearing the great name of Reagan will ever, EVER be held by a Democrat.
