Goatsee is an Internets phenomenon started by Satanists, as part of their insidious campaign to recruit evil Internets terrorist hackers to the dark side. The "goatsee" ritual consists of hackers posting many pictures of goats all over the Internets, in a manner that can be seen by as many people as possible. This is where the term "goatsee" comes from: "Goat. See?"
Goatsee pictures often included coded messages, written in obscure ciphers. These coded messages may contain instructions on where and when the next terrorist hacker attacks will take place. If you see a goatsee picture, you should immediately take action: this means the evil terrorist hackers are preparing to strike at your computer and wipe out all of your files and poison your cats and turn your children into Democrats!
