Henry Waxman is the creepy looking Hollywood values/Jew Representative to Congress for California's 30th District, which he claims is still 29.
A 16-term congressman, he was first endorsed by The Munsters in 1974.
Stephen Colbert attempted to interview Mr. Waxman for Part 36 of his 434 part series Better Know A District, but as it turns out, Waxman is a coward.
He is concerned with "Global Warming" because he is made of wax.
