Irapi (people)
is something Middle-eastern,
which may or may not be very explosive.
The Irapi people live in Irap and speak a language that mixes Arabic and Farsi in such a way as to be virtually unintelligible to outsiders. They also might eventually start a WMD program, in which case we'll get around to liberating their country.
