Jack Kingston
From Wikiality
Jack 'Captain Jack' Kingston is an African-American Congressman and friend of The Colbert Report from Georgia's 1st District, The Fightin' First!
Kingston appeared on the very first segment of The Report's Better Know A District on October 18, 2005. He has called the 9/11 Commission "a reunion of political has-beens who haven't had face-time since Seinfeld was a weekly show."
Representative Kingston also appeared on the December 11, 2006 edition of The Report to protest incoming Democratic House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer's call for Congress to adhere to a five-day work week instead of the three-day work week the former Republican Majority had fought so bitterly to uphold.
Stephen writes a scented letter to Kingston every Thursday after The Report, recounting his hopes, fears and dreams for the week.
