Jeane Kirkpatrick (b. 1928 d. 2006) was the United States Ambassador to the United Nations from 1981-1985.

A pioneer of the neoconservative movement, she is also the spiritual and physical mother of John Bolton. Bolton's father is, of course, our Greatest Dead President Ronald Reagan.
