An insignificant little spit of land, Luxembourg is a land-locked remnant of Old Europe that has survived to the present day by hiding under the torn and faded eastern hem of France.
A member of the European Union, Luxembourg is occasionally seen borderingGermany, who each have cultural visitation rights. Some claim it borders the mythical country of Belgium.
