After proving to the state of Pennsylvania that he wasn't qualified or experienced enough to be elected governor, Mr. Swann realized he has enough experience to be in Congress and is now considering running for The Fightin' Fourth!.

Let's hope Tom DeLay has enough money to help this brother get elected!
