MIL-TFBP-41C is a military standard use by military and outside contractors that stands for:

Make It Like The Fuckin' Blue-Print 41C (For once). In other words, it's the military's way of saying "stick to the plan".

The Greatest President Ever's father expressed MIL-TFBP-41C in a form that civilians could understand as "Stay the course" and Our President asked us to do this too when he laid down a blue-print for getting us in and out of Iraq in Operation Iraqi Freedom:

The goals of our coalition are clear and limited. We will end a brutal regime, whose aggression and weapons of mass destruction make it a unique threat to the world. Coalition forces will help maintain law and order, so that Iraqis can live in security. We will respect your great religious traditions, whose principles of equality and compassion are essential to Iraq’s future.
