The Macacagull was first discovered by George Allen at a campaign stop near the Virginia-Kentucky border.

Macacagulls are known for their tracking skills. Many wild Macacagulls have been seen following their favorite types of Americans: Republicans.
Upon study of the Macacagull it can be observed that it is a Democrat with a camera that stalks Republicans on the campaign trail. Upon the filming of any Republican the Macacagull will release the film footage in the hope of creating a political scandal such as what happened to George Allen and Republican Democrat Mark Foley.

It is widely known that the Macacagull eats puppies and your Republican vote.

The Macacagull doesn't have any natural predators although it is hunted extensively by Republicans. Recently the Democrats have mounted an effort to give protection from hunting to the Macacagull. The reason why the Democrats want to give protection to this bird is the same reason why they gave protection to bears. Which is because they need all the help they can get.
