Major Owens

Major Owens has served as the congressional representative to the House for New York's 11th district, The Fightin' 11th since 1982.
As part of The Colbert Report's 434-part series Better Know A District, Stephen sat down with Owens to learn more about the 11th and to nail him to the wall.
The result? Owens received The Colbert Bump and was swept back into office in the 2006 midterm elections.
