Mark is a member of the congressional sub committee that held hearings in July, 2007 concerning formaldehyde exposure in FEMA trailers.

Despite the witnesses and experts testifying under oath and in front of his face, and emails entered into evidence showing that FEMA knew that people were getting sick, Mark proudly stood up in favor of the defenseless trailer-building corporations of his district and gave those no-good Katrina-whiners what-for.
