The Multiverse is all the many Universes. When you talk about the Multiverse you are talking about every single Universe that exists.

For example, Colbert is the funniest man in the Multiverse, which means that Stephen Colbert is funnier then anyone that exists in any universe, or "George W. Bush is the greatest president in the multiverse," which includes France.
