is something African and thus may or may not be real, not to pretend that you really care either way. Come on - it's Africa.


The People's Democratic Republic of the Congo is not a republic, is not democratic, and is not the people's. In fact, it is probably not anyone's at all. Sounds Communist, though. Good thing it's in Africa; that means that nobody has to care, and it also means that it might not even exist! (Nobody has bothered to check, anyway.)
