Privatization is the process of turning a government institution that is objectively smeared by truthiness loving neoconseratives as being wasteful, inept and dysfunctional into a private corporation that is genuinely wasteful, inept, dysfunctional and corrupt but now has a multi-million dollar public relations budget to tell people it ain't.
