Stephen Colbert's Alpha Squad 7: Lady Nocturne: A Tek Jansen Adventure is an escapist-sci-fi-suspense-thriller-horror-adventure-self-improvement novel by Stephen Colbert, and chronicles the journey of the titular character, Tek Jansen. It is, as of yet, unpublished, but thanks to an emergency grant by the Stephen and Melinda Gates Foundation, an animated short was produced, and premiered August 8, 2006 on The Colbert Report. Careful readers will detect a hint of Henry James influencing Stephen's prose, which he candidly and proudly acknowledges.

It has recently been renamed to Stephen Colbert's Alpha Code 7: Lady Nocturne: A Tek Jansen Codeventure.
