Nice Site

Nice site!

Stephen Colbert is on the ballot!

In the GeniusRocket.com Primary anyway: http://geniusrocket.com/blog/2007/11/02/stephen-colbert-ballot-geniusrocket-primary

GeniusRocket.com, the top user-generated advertising website on the internet, launched a competition for political ads last week for all of the Presidential candidates on the Republican and Democratic side and today they announced that they have added Stephen Colbert to the "Genius Rocket Primary".

Users can make up to $18,000 ($1,000 for each ad for a candidate) for the best 30-second Presidential Campaign Ad.

To help Stephen Colbert by making a political ad for him click here to get started on GeniusRocket.com

We are all children, suckling at Stephen's glorious man-teat.

Question about the featured article voting page.

If I've voted Not Yet for an article, but changes have been made that satisfy my truthiness criteria, can I change my vote to the affirmative? --Randroid 23:24, 6 July 2007 (UTC)

Yes. If you have asked that an article be made more truthy and it has, you can "strike" out your previous vote and "re-vote" accordingly.--WatchTVEatDonutDrinkBeer 23:32, 6 July 2007 (UTC)

*EF'ED UP sHITE

when i open this page there are pictures that dissapear once everything get's settled. this should be attended to Immediatly~ --MONITOR613 22:21, 9 July 2007 (UTC)

The pictures haven't disappeared; they're in one of the tabs on the Main Page (Features tab, perhaps?). It's a bug in the wiki. I blame Nancy Pelosi.--WatchTVEatDonutDrinkBeer 22:30, 9 July 2007 (UTC)
Thanks MONITOR613, I think its a bug with the wiki and Internet Explorer. It works best on Firefox. We'll work on getting it to load better in Explorer, but we aren't really experts with this stuff. --MC Esteban™ 17:09, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

7000 minus 2

Okay, peoples. I put in a hard morning's work and got to 6,998. Someone else gets to surge us to 7000 articles!!!  :) Congratulations and party time in the works for later. --thisniss 13:33, 10 July 2007 (UTC)

And now over 8000

I wish I could take credit, but I only did 2 :)

American dad also has a lot of american humor. Why don't you parody it also?--Dummmmmmy 21:49, 10 September 2007 (UTC)

Conspiracy against the Colbert Report site?

(Or, technical problem?) Does anyone else have problems trying to watch the Colbert Report videos on the Comedy Central Site? It seemed to be ok before last Thursday or Friday, but now, the videos don't seem to want to load! --85.92.186.68 23:28, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

Who knows? It's probably their regularly scheduled slow down or bears in their server (please click here) Keep trying.--WatchTVEatDonutDrinkBeer 23:48, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

Update: BAD NEWS - It appears to be a conspiracy against non-US members of the Colbert Nation! I'm based in the UK, and a number of others from Ireland, Brussels, and Estonia have complained that they can't watch the videos! [1] --85.92.186.68 19:18, 5 November 2007 (UTC)

That is odd...is it all hours of the day? Or just during a certain time period? Sometimes I have trouble getting the videos and I live in LA.--WatchTVEatDonutDrinkBeer 19:20, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
Hey, it seems to be working again! Wahey! I can finally watch the last 2 programs before the writers strike kicked in!--85.92.186.68 15:19, 10 November 2007 (UTC)

Vandalopedia

Anyone care to create this, to banish all the nuisances, non-creative rearrangers of text, "persons who go in for random usage of swearwords which contain more letters than their IQ" (unless banished to Swearwordpedia - letter score 20x such persons' IQ), people who assume bad faith and go in for edit wars, and suchlike idiots to? (There is a place for creative rewriting and inspired word play.)

sounds great. --Gibberisher222 18:11, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
