Sweaty Teddy givin' it to the people one foster child at a time

Mr. Ted Klaudt used to represent the good people of South Dakota in their state legislature there until they couldn't elect him any more to represent them and their values, because Ted wanted to spend more time with his family.

And spend time with his family he did. For Ted so loved his family he took in foster children to increase the size of his brood.

Some of those children became whistleblowers of a sort. They told someone that Mr. Klaudt was touching them inappropriately.

Since when is love wrong?
