The Tennessee Center for Policy Research is a conservative think tank funded by Republicans that the Department of Revenue said "is not a legitimate group." With a ringing endorsement like that, they're just the non-partisan group needed to devote themselves to researching former Vice President Al Gore's garbage for signs of hypocrisy.
