Unicorn Husbandry

Stephen Colbert once likened the study of theoretical physics to that of unicorn husbandry. This meant that, like unicorn husbandry, theoretical physics is a fanciful, made up science where anyone can say anything they wish and no one can prove it. Stephen hates theoretical physics because once you start studying it, suddenly "Because God wants it to be" isn't a good enough answer for the question "why is the sky blue."
