A medical procedure that prevents the seed of a male from exiting his cheney thus preventing pregnancy.
The procedure is similar to disconnecting the internets tube from your computer. A vasectomy can be used to prevent clogging of the man tubes. A doctor can do it in the waiting room of his office or on a city bus.
Recently, doctors were sent to Africa to perform emergency vasectomies on the rampant elephants in a desperate attempt to reduce the exploding population.
