The War Czar is the position in The Greatest Administration Ever created to oversee and administer the waging of war. The Greatest President Ever had to create this position because, unfortunately, the Constitution failed to provide any guidelines for waging war, nor did it designate a role for any kind of chief or executive or chief executive to lead the country in times of war.

On May 15, 2007, The White House announced its selection for the first War Czar, Lt. Gen. Douglas Lute.
