Welfare Queens

Welfare Queens are women who believe it is their right to produce as many cash cow children as possible. I submit that these children of Welfare Queens should be forced to work off their debt to our welfare system through mandatory enlistment in the armed forces. If we could only put this bill into law today, we could invade any country we wanted. I call it the beehive system. If these project kids won't behave, they will at least beehive.
