Woodrow Wilson was the 28th President of the United States. He was the President who signed The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 , a Democrat (figures). That's a democrat for you trying to get rid of America. Woodrow Wilson, Smart President or The Smartest President? Woodrow has an International Studies school (figures) named after him. Having an International Studies school named after him is fitting. His loyalty definately wasn't with America. He wanted to start a League of Nations but thank God that the Real Americans in congress didn't let him then. Unfortunately, his brainchild the League of Nations is today's United Nations.
